Hello, I have Kenmore dishwasher mod. Number 66516022403. I went on a trip and turned off the water in my house. When I came back and turned the water back on, my dishwasher would not start. I tried resetting it by pushing Hi Temp Wash and Heated Dry and all the lights on the control panel lit up and it went through the test cycle but I am unable to cancel it. When it completes the test cycle, the buttons are unresponsive again except for the Hi Temp Wash and Heated Dry.

If the line is clear then you will need to check some things with a meter.
