What state is this in? With no written lease you are considered a month-to-month tenant, which means that in many states she can evict you with one month's notice. But in other states she may have to give as little as one week's notice. If you really want to drag this out if after that legally-required notice period you still haven't moved out then her next move is to get a court order to have you forcibly evicted, which may take a week or two, then the sheriff comes and places your belongings out at the curb. If she wants you out you will have to leave sooner or later, so it's best to start looking for a new place now.

Ok, You have been there long enough to establish residency so you can't just be thrown out. However, because you have no lease you are considered a month to month tenant. She can serve you a written notice to vacate 10 business days prior to the end of the rental period. The problem is since you don't pay rent there is not rental period. I think a court would require it be before the end of the month (see Louisiana Eviction (http://www.evictionresources.com/eviction_process_articles/louisiana_eviction_process.html)). So she can give you a 10 day notice tomorrow. If you don't vacate, she has to go to court for an eviction order.
