Me and my sister are in a custody battle over my 3 kids. We went and took drug tests last month and today I got told my urine came up negative. My husband came up positive for marijuana and my sister came negative. My husband does not smoke marijuana he has been in rehab for pcp use. We were suppose to get my 2kids back before the next court date as long as everyone agree they could come back home and mine and my husband urine was clean. They also stated if we had one more positive drug test then my other two kids would get took from me. I know they had to of messed up because my sister smokes marijuana and she even told DHS that she smokes. I asked her and she said she don't know if her test came back positive not that it was negative but she didn't know. The dhs supervisor told us we had to go get the results from court so we trued to go get them and he tried and they told him he couldn't get the results that his lawyer had to get them. So here I am the weekend and can't get a hold of no one to correct this problem. I know for a fact the results are wrong because we go to rehab and they took a oral swab not a urine but a oak swab and it came back negative. So I guess my question is how does court appointed Dhs workers do something like this? We have been to court twice for adjudication hearings and both times someone didn't show up. I feel like I'm getting pushed around and court appointed attorneys seem not to care enough. Has court ever done something life this before to other people can this happen to someone else? What can me and my husband do because I am lost at this point but desperate to get my kids back.
