Let A = number of Kg of the 9.30 product and B = number of Kg of the 10.80 product. Then the total price is Ax9.30 + Bx10.80, and the total weight of product is A+B. So you want the average price to be 10.00 = ( Ax9.30 + Bx10.80)/(A+B). I suggest you divide through by B and solve for the ratio A/B that satisfies this.
