I used too much Preen Garden Weed Preventer in the walkways of my garden. My husband seems to think it will effect the roots of our Dahlias? HELP

That is a pre-emergent for weeds. Dahlias are not weeds. Should not affect them.

Agreed... it should not effect, many of the weed killers are selective.
