My puppies are 3 weeks old and they sound congested. They eat and act normally it just sounds as if they congested. What can I do for the congestion? I don't think going to a vet is going to do any good and besides I don't have the money to take them to the vet only for the vet to tell me he/ she doesn't know what's wrong and charge me an arm and a leg to run unnecessary tests. Can anyone help me out? It would be greatly appreciated.
Thank everyone in advance.

Sadly there's really not much we can do to help. You need to know what's causing the congestion, and determining that is impossible to do online.
I do have to ask. Why did you breed if you don't have the money for vet care?

Young puppies can inhale milk and can become congested with rattly chests. Antibiotics are needed to help prevent infection from setting in. They need to go to the vet.
I've had this happen to puppies many times.. it didn't cost much. An exam for one puppy and some liquid antibiotics.
Maybe you should explore your options before you start ruling out veterinary care. And if you cannot afford veterinary care for something as simple as this, than you really have no business what-so-ever breeding. Do the right thing and get them some medicine.

Are you feeding them or do they have the mother to nurse?
