Can you give me the answers to these questions or is this site a waste of my time and money?

Again I ask

I am studying and these are the answers I can't find

How is this a waste of your money? All your answers are in the NEC. Basic wiring and code books are in most libraries and the NEC is on line-won't cost you anything.

HAHAHAHA... you cannot be serious! You're getting pissed because someone else will not spoon-feed you the answers you are supposed to get yourself? Lazy much?
You honestly want someone else to give you the answers to no less than 16 questions? I guess you should cut your losses right now. This site is a waste of money.

And... please tell me just how much you paid for this site. I am really curious. How much?

LOL! A waste of your money because nobody will give you answers for homework. How much did you spend to be here? It costs me like...well...like...maybe close to nothing per day to use this site! It's an outrage!!!!

What size wire does a 30 Amp, 20 Amp and 15 Amp breaker require? Require? Must be a trick question.

Thank you ma0641 I now understand what this site is a blog. I thought it was on line business or something. Anyway I don't Facebook tweet or anything I'm just doing self training and my co worker advised me to look on line for answers so out of 115 questions these are the questions I'm having a hard time answering so if anyone would care to help I thank you in advance. To the helpful kind Plumbing Expert can you tell me exactly what to put in on Google to find the free book because I'm not finding it. Please help I want the answers so I can learn the information and prepare for the exam.

This site is not a blog. It is a help desk. However, site rules do not allow us to answer direct homework or study questions. Google "Ampacity tables", "3 way wiring diagrams", "supporting EMT", "National Electrical Code on line". All of the questions are basic if asked incorrectly. On a 20 Amp breaker, I could have 12AWG or larger, so there is no correct single answer.

I'll guide you a bit. Some of these questions are trick questions, meaning there is no answer. For instance: "What is the color code for 277/480 volt?" There is no color requirement as per the NEC.
See 210.5

I get the impression you are looking for the specific answers to the exact questions, which you will not find for many of these questions. You need to change your search methods to better suit the NEC. Proper searching in the NEC is 90% of the battle.
It's not nearly always what you think it is, and it's usually backwards. For instance, if you want to know the ampacity of a conductor you need to search for conductor first, then ampacity.

Just a tad more help for you.

Most of your code related cable questions can be found in chapters two and three of the NEC.

Also, wiring/cable must be marked with there voltage and amperage ratings. A higher rated cable can carry lower amperage, but it can not carry as higher amperage than it is rated for. For example, a conductor that is rated for 15 Amps cannot be used for as 20 Amp circuit. The reason, fire prevention!

I can recommend as every good textbook for Residential wiring. Electrical Wiring, Residential by Ray Mullins and Phil Simmons.

This a college level textbook and it is sold through Barnes and Nobel and perhaps Amazon and just about any bookstore.

The book covers all aspects of residential work including the "how" of doing the work.
