I have a 1991 honda civic hatchback with a 1.5 5 speeed, while driving it will just shutoff, have changed ignition module, fuel filter. Not sure about alternator, new battery.

What codes if any are the ECU flashing?

Other possibilities are the coil, ignition switch, and, if you are not using a genuine Honda distributor housing, the distributor housing.
