Hello,
OK here the thing. Im either late or missed my period. I was due for my period last week but to this day I haven't gotten it. Me and my husband have been having a lot of intercourse because we are trying to have a baby. I noticed I haven't had my period so I got worried. During me thinking about that my husband notice I've been having mood swings like crazy, my appetiete has change I've been craving different foods, and I've been sleeping A LOT more then usual. Also when I smell my favorite foods of anything they make me sick to my stomach I can't stand the smell. Also my breast have gotten a little bigger and tender. But what got me thinking the most was that I took 2 tests and they both came out negative. Yet I haven't had my period nor signs of I coming. Usually I can feel a little soggy down below, and different smell. Also I would have a sweet tooth, sluggish, cramping and bloating, and I get very annoyed easly. Am I prengnant

It is very possible, while you can test now, some women will test correctly at this point. In general we recommend, to wait till you are at least two week late, to even start testing, and always use the first urine of the morning.

Also do the test, once a week, in morning for several weeks, if getting negative reading and no period If you miss a second period, and still negative check with your doctor

If you are sexually active, then you could be pregnant. But the first manifestation of pregnancy is a missed period. However, a week late is too soon to tell. The symptoms you are feeling are too early to be due a pregnancy. You need to wait about 2 weeks after your due date and you can take a home pregnancy test.

By the way, "a lot of intercourse" is not the best way to conceive. Tracking ovulation and timing your intercourse is more important. But there are other benefits from "a lot of intercourse". ;)

Some women do feel early symptoms within a week or so of becoming pregnant. The rise in hormone levels will vary, although both progesterone and estrogen will continue to rise in early pregnancy, and some women will be more sensitive to them. This is why some women "feel" that they are pregnant even before they miss a period, and others have no inclination until after a period is missed. This can also, in part, be due to when ovulation and implantation happens to occur and why some women notice possible symptoms sooner than others.

If you haven't tested recently, you could try another test or give it a bit more time to see if your period shows up late... which can happen. If no period, either test again at home or see your doctor to be tested there.
