For one who is on probation for a nolo contender plea deal in Miami-Dade County, Florida, what is the restrictions or requirements for travel out of the county, but in the state?

You really need to ask your probation officer.

Exactly... when you risk jail time if someone you don't know offers you the wrong advice... best to get it from the horses mouth directly, your Probation officer.

How does one travel out of the US while remaining in Florida?

You misread... he wrote county, not country. Easy to do if you like me maximize the high resolution of my screeen and use every bit of it without zooming.

It does not matter, if you were convicted by a jury, plead guilty or did a nolo plea. The nolo plea is only for use, so that, others can not use the plea, as evidence in a civil trial.

Your conviction is the same as the others, as far as sentencing goes.

You are on probation for a felony, will the travel interfere with probation meetings.
Have you discussed this with the PO?

Normally you just have to get permission of the PO to leave the state. Which is not an issue, if not interfering with meetings.

To move, and live somewhere else, there is an entire process to go though
