I'm separated receive child support don't have the funds to pay for a divorce. The significant other barely work but is now working but will not provide funds for divorce. I lost my job and applied for the hard hit fund. I have turned in every document there is to qualify my for the funding. The deed to the house utility bills which everything is in my name. Their asking for proof of being separated or utility bill with his name and different address. Well, I don't have that information especially when he lives off people he don't even own a vehicle. What else can I use for proof he does not stay at my residence.

"Hard hit fund"?

What country and state would this be, as this is an International Site and laws vary according to location.

I'm separated but its not legal. I need what documentation can I use that will prove he do not live at my residence. Everything is in my name and not his and I'm in the system for child support. He lives with his family members so their is

nothing in his name like utility bills etc.

Prove to who? For what purpose?

There is no document to prove you are separated, if you did not file in court

Send them an affidavit (written statement under oath: i.e.: notarized) explaining the circumstances. Give as much detail as you can:
1. married to ___ (give date and place of marriage)
2. husband moved out on such and such date.
3. do not have any such utility bills, etc. showing he is in a separate residence.
4. give all information you have regarding his place of abode: where is he living; is he renting, etc.

Is the child support court ordered ? If so then it may be your proof to being seperated and the financial obligation of the other party.
