Dryness and a white creamy discharge can be normal stages in your menstrual cycle. At different times you may have white, sticky discharge, more fluid and clear discharge, hardly any discharge at all, etc.. More than likely it is perfectly normal (do some research on what to expect). Concerns can sometimes arise if the discharge has a strong, offensive odor, there is itching associated with it, or anything else that is out of the norm for you. At those times, or when in doubt, it would be best to see your doctor for a check. Sometimes a simple, common infection can be the cause, but proper medication would be needed.
