My parents did lic jeevan sathi policy on 28-09-2002, sum assured Rs 100000/- They were paying monthly premium of Rs. 855/-. My father was expired on 14-12-2013. LIC paid sum assured but deducted Rs 8550/- as premium but we have paid premium till November 2013. So ideally only one month premium should deducted. But they deducted premium till 08-2014. Please confirm if it is correct.
