Firstly, it is MRSA (Methacillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), not merza. Secondly, it's Vancomycin, not vico myosin, PICC lines, not pick lies. I say this not to criticize you, but you will need to be medically educated in order for a proper defense.

Your income is $293 per month. Does that include Medicaid, Food Stamps?

You could go to jail, but with the proper medical defense, the judge would want to keep you out of jail due to the high risk of contaminating other inmates with MRSA, which is highly contagious, and the state would not want to pay for your health care.

The best advice that could be given to you would be to discuss this situation with your legal counsel. He/She will be the one that will handle this situation in the most appropriate manner.

A lot of things can happen in court. But it is likely that, once the judge is told all of this information, the probation order can be modified.
