Hello, the film in question was probably mid 1990s and it was about a boy who is bullied, but by the end, him and his mates have captured the bully and ultimately shoot him! I have been wondering this for years, can anyone help? Thank you, Aaron D Rees I GPW.

This boy draws paintings depicting murders, and those same things happen! At the end though I think it might have been the father who was the murderer? This film would also have been mid 1990s.
