If I am meeting someone in Birmingham, Alabama at 8:00am(cst), what time should I leave if I am in Atlanta, ga

2-3 hours is the normal drive time depending where you live and where you are going. Airport takes me 2 Hrs from Marietta. 6-7 AM

Depending on where you live in Atlanta, it can take 2 hours, just to get out of the city to be on highway going there.

Plus, where in Birmingham, they have some traffic night mares.
It has been two years, since I drove it, but for several years, and I assume they are still there, there was a lot of road work.

Also I like to give myself time to be there early To be honest, at a 8am meeting, I would drive over night before, and stay there
