I have replaced the contactor, and capacitor, when I restore power to the unit I can hear the contactor activate (visually confirmed as well), but compressor and fan do nothing. Read a ton of forums on troubleshooting and checked fan blades they spin freely. Anyone know what I can do? Please help.
