Good day,
My name is Sherry, and I have had problems with a neighbor for 3 yrs. Now. I went to jail twice on false accusations. The first time she lied, she told the police I attacked her 17 yr old foster child, when in fact she told Cheyene to attack me. I went to jail with brusises all over me, but she had none. Now, this time she lied and said I threatened her, and I did not. I tried to find an attorney in this town of corrupt judicial practices, but the criminals go free, and the innocent are charged. I don't know what to file in court this week, before I pled "not guilty". I live in Ohio within the county of Medina (voted for most corrupt) can you suggest an honest lawyer near by, or help me with a pro sa case ?
Thank you,
Sherry

I am sorry you have such a poor belief in the system. If you live in a crooked court system, you want a crooked attorney, not a honest one. You want one, who will lie , cheat and use contacts to win.

You find out, which attorney gets the most criminals off, and use them

Next, no, most criminals plea bargain and do not go free, they merely get an agreed to sentence. Few cases ever actually go to trail And when a case goes to trial, normally the person is found guilty... that is just the odds.

Your attorney will assume you are guilty but you want one, who will try and get you off anyway.

As for as lying, sorry, they look at other evidence, look at what police saw and heard a the scene also.

There is evidence.

To add to what has been said, this is a global website. It's quite possible that there is not a member of this site that is familiar with lawyers in your area of the world.
