Why are you drinking if you are subject to testing? What do you have to lose if you fail a test... and if passing is important why haven't you STOPPED drinking.

If you are drink 8 every night... you aren't even going to pass a job prescreening test, much less a court orderd one.

And about Dr Bill, he no longer posts here, and hasn't for some time.

You drink tequila, about 8 shots every night. You have a problem.

You're asking how much you can drink, and when, to pass a test.

We don't help alcoholics pass ETG tests on this site. We won't tell you how much you can drink, and how many days you need to stop drinking to pass.

We can help you deal with an addiction you obviously have. If you want that help, we'll offer it. But cheating a test, that's not going to happen. Not here.

I'm married with 2 small children and test them an my wife with the utmost respect.

How drunk are you right now? You test your 2 small children, and your wife, with the utmost respect? You test them? Test them for what, your alcoholism? It's not contagious! It's your disease, and only yours. You won't pass it down to your small children if you change your ways.

Can you answer what type of testing you are subject to and why? People that aren't tested don't worry about passing them.

The bottom line is that we are not allowed to tell you how long you have to go without drinking to pass a test. If you are subjected to testing, there is a reason for it and helping you to pass it would be helping you to cheat...this is against the site rules.

I wanted to address this too....you said that you have "a few cocktails" every night yet in your question you said you drink 8 shots of tequila every night. 8 shots is not a few cocktails. I don't like passing judgement on people but given what I am reading, you do need some sort of help. You say you can cut back if you have to, yet you are not doing so even though you are subjected to testing...you do need help.

In post #7 you state that you are "sooooo drunk," yet in post #11 you state that you are not drinking. Therefore, this thread has been closed as it is apparent that you are trolling the boards for attention.
