I just had a Surgical Abortion about 3 weeks ago. I stopped bleeding about 5 days afterwards and have not gotten a period yet. I also, don't (and never) know when I ovulated. I recently had unprotected sex, 4 days ago. He would put it in for a few seconds and then take it out. It was like that off and on for a less than five minutes. He didn't ejaculate but I was worried and so I had took a My Way emergency pill 26 hours after the incident. What's the possibility that I could be pregnant?
If there is, I'd like to know the estimated percentage, if possible.

About? Was it three week or was it two... that is one issue... Three week is the least time you should wait to have sex. After an abortion...
And so what? Just planing on having abortion after abortion as a form of birth control.. are you learning nothing?
Yes you could be pregnant. No there is no percentage or odds, you either are. Or you are not.
You had unprotected sex.. he does not have to finish inside. So it can happen, what is the percent, depends on ovulation, and the luck of the sperm in the early fluids..
The morning after pill is not 100 percent effective. Also did you discuss the use of the morning after pill, so soon after the abortion... due to side effect issues.
Now you have to wait, nothing else to do

As Fr_Chuck said, can't give percentages, but it would be much more likely that you are not pregnant than pregnant.
You may experience some irregular bleeding from the morning after pill, and you may have an off cycle after the abortion, but see what happens when you would expect your next period.
Best to decide on a reliable form of birth control and avoid any penis that does not have a condom on it to lessen the chance of an unplanned pregnancy.
