Hello. I am a beginner bodybuilder (male) and can see some good muscle gains. Now a religious programme of fasting is in the next month. The rule is to avoid eating from sunrise to sunset. This shall continue for a month.
Now my question is,
1. Should I keep doing bodybuilding (b.b) exercise in the month of fasting?
2. Should I follow the same routine of b.b that I did in the normal days?
3. If I stop b.b exercising for that month, will there be any losses?
