I'm 6'3" 160 pounds and I drank one coors light. I took a test the following day. I drank about 1/2 gallon of water and peed about 3 times from after drinking my beer until I took my test. Will I pass?

Who told you drinking a lot of water is a smart thing to do? That's a great way to fail a test.

Here is a study of people who drank 2-6 drinks and were tested at 24 hours.

While I wouldn't consider Coors light beer per say, mainly because I am a snob, it is ingested alcohol and it will take time for the ETG to be evacuated from your system. Will enough of it be gone at the time of testing is hard to say. It depends on many factors that we can't know about you and the actual testing procedures.
Things to consider, the people that came up with and analyze your test are REALLY smart, probably smarter than you, and have knowledge of the inner workings of your metabolism. Which means that anything that you think you can do to cheat the test, i.e. drinking lots of water, will still produce a failure on a technical level. When you drink a bunch of water it will dilute EVERYTHING in your urine, and they'll look for evidence of that. It is a failure by dilution. Shows that you're intending to cover up something.
Take the time between now and when you get the results to reflect if that drink was worth it and the possible consquences of failing the test. Also consider how much longer you're going to be tested and how you could abstain until you're free and clear from a no-alcohol restriction.

My urine was not dilluted. It was dark yellow because I was exercising while at my job. In the past, I passed when I drank 7 beers on a Saturday and took a test on the following Monday, less than 48 hours later.
