How to Put Lien on the house where I made a job by the contact and was not paid for rendered services ( Customer's cheque was returned for NSF).

First, go to the county courthouse and inquire what is necessary for a mechanic's lien. If you have a contract you may not have to go through a hearing to do this. Otherwise, you file a claim in small claim's court, obtain a judgement, then place the lien through the county clerk.
Of course, all the lien does is mean they can't transfer the property without satisifying the lien.
