Give a more detailed description of what you hear and when you hear it. Without knowing more, have you changed the fluid in the front differential and transfer case recently? When was the last time you greased the zerc fittings on the front end? If you don't have any, the ball joints, for instance, may be shot. Have you inspected the CV joints? Did you use premium ceramic pads? Were the caliper pins lubricated with silicone grease?
