The ice is getting stuck all the time in the dispenser of our GE Profile refrigerator. The area where the ice is either cubed or crushed. I have to manually take the small pieces that are stuck out then it dispenses 5 or 6 cubes and then jammed again. Do you have a fix for this?

This looks like a good troubleshooting guide for the problems you described.

Is the fridge working ok otherwise? The link inciates that cubes can drop into the chute instead of the tray sometimes and I would think that they could thaw a bit in that circumstance and maybe start clumping together. Check the temp. in the freezer if all else fails. Should be approx. 0 deg. F. Significantly warmer or colder could indicate other problems.
Good luck.

You may be getting too much water in when it fills the tray. Look at how to adjust the water level.
