I need help getting my new, programmable thermostat to work. I currently have a dual-stage Heat Pump and A/C unit that works fine. The current thermostat is the Honeywell T8411R. I don't know the number for the subbase, but it's the one that came with the thermostat. The current (operational) wiring looks like this:

G ()=========green==.. . () L
C ()=========blue===.. . ==white1==() W2
R ()=========red====.. . () E
W1 ()=](jumper).. . () B
Y ()=](jumper)==yellow==.. . ==white2== () O

I installed the new RTH7500 unit and the programming works, the fan turns on when necessary, but the compressor/ heat pump don't turn on- it just blows normal air. I tried to get this working in February, but couldn't get hot air to blow, so I just put my old one back on. It's now getting hot (I live in Phoenix) and I need this working soon. Here's how I wired the new one:

C () C ===========blue=== . ==white1== W2 () AUX
G () G ==========green===.. . Y2 () E
Y () Y ==========yellow==.. . () L
O/B () W ==========white2==
RC () RC=](jumper)
R () R ==](jumper)==red====

On the subbase, there are arrows pointing to the interior labels marked "Conventional" and arrows pointing to the outside letters marked "Heat Pump"

Any help anyone can provide in getting this thing running for me would be greatly appreciated. I've contacted Honeywell three times and received no response. Thanks in advance for any and all help!

C- common- Blue, G-blower-green,Y-compressor-yellow,R-24volts jumper to Rh-red,W2-aux heat-white.What throws me off is white2-O (reversing valve) do you have two white wires?You will have to wire and setup the t-stat for a heat pump. What brand of heatpump?
