Hi, I had sex with my girlfriend on 28 April which was first day of her period. But we didn't used any protection. So I want to know can she become pregnant as her period yet to start till today.

It's not likely but it is possible. People should be more careful about things and be more responsible if they don't want pregnancy to happen. You will have to wait a little longer and have her take a test in about another week if she doesn't have a period by then.

Sure she can... there are no SAFE days.. people that think there are find themselves being parents fairly quick. There are many women who get pregnant while on their period.

You both will have to wait until her next period is late next month before you will know if she might have...and another two weeks longer before she could even test to see if she is.

It would be very unlikely as she would have already ovulated to have her period. Sex that occurs towards the end of a period can increase the chance of pregnancy IF she happens to ovulate in the next few days after the period ends. Since the sex was back on April 28th, give it several more days, and if still no period, have her try a pregnancy test.

As was said, there are no days that are 100% safe as an off ovulation may occur. Not common, but it can happen. Always best to use birth control to lessen the chance of an unplanned pregnancy.

I will agree with the other posters. There are no "safe" days, it is possible, but not as likely.

Also remember there is no 100 percent safe protection. When you said protection, I will assume you mean condom. Which have a 3 to 18 percent failure rate.

If you are going to be sexually active, always use condom and the girl should consider a second form of birth control
