Unlikely.. but then you knew that was the risk when you did it. Most people don't get random tests sprung on them. What happens if you fail?

How does it help you to get opinions from random people on a forum? If you want to "feel" better about your chances, do not drink.

That answer depends largely upon 1) the time it took for your BAC to reach 0% 2) your metabolism 3) the time that has elapsed prior to the test and 4) the cutoff level they are testing for. If you drank "pretty heavy" on Saturday night (until what time?) and test on Tuesday (what time?), if the time frame is less than 72 hours, chances are very high that you will test positive. If you drank "really heavy" and you have less than 80 hours, chances are also very high of a positive.

It is not an exact science, some people get lucky with less time, but from the limited information provided, if I were a betting person, I would say that a fail is highly likely.
