Dear,

We are facing more temperature rise inside our panel.
So what has to be done to reduce the temperature,so that it will be within the limits specified.

Conditions :-

- Naural ventillation not forced ventillation.
- Busbars shall not be insulated.

We have provided louver at the front bottom of the panel & rear side louver are provided from bottom to top (Means almost complete sheet is with louvers)

As per me temperature is effecting due to :-
Proper positioning of the louvers - need best support of positioning the louvers
Heat from the conductors - placement of busbar (3 phases are one below the other).
Magnetic field - at the incoming side aluminium gland is provided to reduce magnetic field

Requesting to provide the better solution for upcoming the problem in our panel.

What is the temperature? Where is the heat coming from? The wire? The breakers?

The temperature is about 107 to 110 deg, but at the joints we are getting more heat and also ventillations positioning to be cleared.

Our incoming is at the right & outgoings are at left wr ever the joints are provided in that area heat is more.so what can be done whether to work on busbars or on louver positiong or need to with both for better result.4610046101
