In your opinion, can apple cider vinegar be bad for osteoporosis. The reason why I ask is because I use to cook with apple cider vinegar putting it in soups and stews that had meat bones in it, believing that it would take the calcium out of the bones and release it into the soups and stews.

If that is true, I am wondering will it take the calcium out of my bones.

Any information will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Apple cider will not take the calcium out of your bones. It is used normally as a dietary supplement.

Your bones are not bathed in Vinegar. After all, your stomach contains hydrochloric acid at a stronger concentration than a weaker acid such as acetic.
