I've been trying my best to remember the name of this trashy movie that I saw ages ago.

What I kind of remember.
It's about a couple of slackers that during their summer pimp their old rusty car with big truck tires, buy an uzi for the birthday of the school nerd who they hate and constantly mention by last name (can't remember the last name, but he ends up shooting up the ceiling at his birthday party) and hang out with hookers.

I don't even remember when it's from. 80's perhaps :/
Not a good movie so it's hard to find.
