Have you removed the aerator and then try the water? If you have then shut the water off to the faucet, remove the cartridge and check the inlet ports for a blockage. Now place a pan over the opened valve and turn the water back on for a minute to flush out the supplies and open valve body. You should have a full stream when doing this. Reassemble and test.
