What can one use to remove moisture from the live work truck Boom before conducting insulation test on the Boom?

I'm not feeling comfortable with the reliability or accuracy of your testing abilities based on your question...
I would hope that you plan on conducting this test multiple times under varying conditions of which moisture would be one.
To what standard are you conducting this / these tests? And for what purpose?
