I recently just had my second son on January 12, 2014. I had a vaginal birth NO epidural. The doctor said ripped just a tiny bit but not enough to where I needed to be sewed up. I DIDN'T go back to the doctor 4 weeks later for the postpartum check up because living and family situation, but I'm not to sure if I healed properly. It kind of looks like I'm still a little torn down there, but not sure? And I've had two periods since then but not a normal period like 10 days, usually mine last about 4-5days. Is that normal? And also I keep leaking this white sometimes whitish green discharge, but you know how discharge usually has a little smell, well this stuff doesn't. And it usually comes out right after I'm done peeing. And my pee has This REALLY nasty salty smell to it all the time. What's that about? So what should I do about all that? I have NO medical and NO job currently.

Save up and find a doctor. Look for alternatives. You torn so it will look a little torn, if it wasn't enough to stitch I wouldn't worry too much about it. The periods will be different, you got a lot of hormones still in your system and will for a while. They should even out soon. The discharge is what I am concerned about, it could be normal discharge but the colour seems a little off. I don't know what it could be a sign of. As well your urine could indicate a different issue. It could just be normal and based upon what you're eating but it shouldn't smell salty. Get checked out. There should be some free clinics or something in your area.
