The engine on my rider locked up I got it unlocked and everything works properly but it just turns over it won't start it acts like its not getting gas but it ran fine before engine locked up

Pull your flywheel. I bet the woodruf key is sheared off.

Or, if by locked up you mean it seized, you could have bad piston rings now.
