Hello, I am an African American an I was advised to color my hair with two hair colors made by Wella, 7A/672 (medium smokey ash blonde) and 7NN (intense medium blonde) I have a little gray. But my hair turned out more reddish brown and looks so dull. So in my unhappy state I put a Ebony Brown (382) rinse in it. Please help. How can I get rid of this ugly dull color
