Evertime I release the Clutch/Brake the mower makes a rattling noise and the Clutch/Brake pedal shakes up and down and the Drive Belt up toward the Engine flopps around real Bad. Neighbor said I needed new Drive Belt. Put new Belt on and it still does the same thing.
