It could be the start of her period. For some women, a period may start, and/or end, with brownish discharge sometimes. Have her see what happens over the next few days.

She can not get pregnant with you simply touching your penis to the outside of her jeans. If the brown discharge is slight, it may be due to ovulation. Again, it may be a period about to start.
