It is a leg brace with a pump in it to tighten it up, expensive and unnecessary if your doctor said just to wrap it. What is your problem anyway with this. Wrap it.

So first you ask if you should wrap it or use an air cast...then you say the doctor told you to wrap it...then you say the doctor said you could do both....what do you really want us to tell you at this point? Go buy the expensive air cast if that will make you happy...if the doctor said both, then go ahead, buy it if you really want it.
