Try cleaning and greasing the caliper pins with silicone grease (regular high temperature grease will dry out and bind). Honda only recommends silicone grease--don't experiment. Also, make sure the brake pads fit properly and don't bind. Clean everything with brake cleaner. If they bind, file the "ears" as needed. Should the problem persist, the square-cut seal inside the caliper is not retracting the piston, likely due to corrosion. In this case, you should install a remanufactured caliper. Afterwards, change the brake fluid and bleed the brakes in this order: RR, LF, LR, and RF. The keys to trouble-free brakes are cleaning and lubricating the caliper pins with silicone grease, using premium ceramic pads, and changing the ABS brake fluid every 2 years.
