My Husband and I had unprotected sex 3 days in a row.Will the morning after pill work if I take it on the 3rd day of unprotected sex?

The longer you go from the sex act. The less effect. After 72 hours it has no effect. So after 3 days, or even 2 days it will not have much protection from first day of sex.

Also. The pill is not 100 percent effective. So pregnancy is still possible.

It is also not intended for regular use. It is for just that. Emergency control

Having unprotected sex at all means you are trying to have a child, three days in a row removes any doubt... then why are you wanting to use a morning after pill? As was stated.. its probibly going to be ineffective that long after. Its meant to be used in the case of a failure of the birth control used...not in lieu of it. Its also NOT 100% effective used correctly and soon, after several days....significantly less effective.
