I work for a company , And I have had over 35 randon Drug test all came back clean ! I have been on my meds for 10 yrs I was hierd with my meds in my seystem ! A yr and 1/2 ago I was in an accident on the job, But I was the passenger not the opperater , and every sience then the last 3 random drug test have showed all my meds that I take?? Now they have taken the fork lift from me, And in the 8 yrs that I have beeen here I have NEVER had a reportable accident ! What is up with this ?

Talk to your union rep about this? They could have changed the scale since you were in that accident. They might be trying to cover their asses in case you or the driver sues. Reduce liability.

If you're part of a union, talk to the rep, if not talk to the HR department.

A drug test is for a given drug or list of drugs. Clearly your employer has expanded the testing to include the medications you are prescribed. I agree that their insurers are probably requiring this now.
