Before it quit running my honda ran great at 70 mph but like crap at lower speeds it has a new cap rotor plugs fuel filter air filter timing belt. It was blinking 6 (engine temp sensor) so I replaced that now it won't start at all.

If the CEL comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then focus on the distributor. Normally, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) solves the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM, otherwise it won't last long. If the coil has not been changed in 120,000 miles or 10 years, I'd also replace it.
