I have pain in my neck and seems to get worse when I bend of over to pick something up sometimes in shoots up to my head... I have tried researching it but can't figure anything out. It has been like this for couple of days any ideas as to what it might be? PLEASE HELP!

Please do not expect the Internet to diagnose your pain issue. Have you been to see your Doctor? If not, why not?

What did your doctor say? You do realize that info online is not always legitimate, right? No doctor would risk his/her license by diagnosing online. So why rely on the internet to diagnose you?
