Hi there
Okay well I'm at that stage in my life where I'm having to make final subject study choices and I really don't know what I want to do.
I really like languages and would like some sort of job involving languages and travel, but I also really like science so I don't want to waste that talent :S
Are there any jobs you can suggest involving languages that aren't just your standard translator?
Thanks x

How about a Flight attendant. You'll travel to many places and meet people that speak different languages. I don't think science is involved though.

That's a good idea but I'd want a job that was more permanent.. like being in the country for maybe 6 months/a year. Thanks though, I'll consider it! :)

I don't know what language or languages you prefer. You might like to try these sites. They are for people who like languages just like you. And, they do involve travel and a variety of types of jobs. I hope that they are helpful.

Thanks - that japanese link was really useful!

Um, mainly biology, but some chemistry too.

Hi there, ever considered South Africa.

I suggest looking at these two sites:

www.languagenetwork.co.za
www.foreignlanguageplacements.co.za

The first is a job board the second is recruitment company, but they can help with visa's and the like!

Hope this helps
