I found this.

Higher than normal levels may be due to a number of health conditions. Common causes include:

Being on bed rest for a long time
Taking too much calcium or vitamin D
HIV/AIDS
Hyperparathyroidism (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001215.htm)
Infections that cause granulomas such as tuberculosis and certain fungal and mycobacterial infections
Metastatic bone tumor (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001230.htm)
Multiple myeloma (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000583.htm)
Overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism) or too much thyroid hormone replacement medication
Paget's disease (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000414.htm)
Sarcoidosis (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000076.htm)
Tumors producing a parathyroid hormone-like substance
Use of certain medications such as lithium, tamoxifen, and thiazides

Your doctor is the one you need to be consulting about your calcium levels for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

The normal range for calcium is 8.5 - 10.5.
Are you sure yours says 625??
I ask because 625 mg is a common amount in calcium supplements.
