I had sex around April 1 and a few days later I bled for two days and later in the month like a week ago I was spotting. Could I be pregnant? We did not use protection what so ever.

You had sex... therefore its always possible... you were trying to get pregnant not uysing any protection.. so those oidds are even greater.
Now if you are pregnant or not is anyone's guess... have you missed a period yet and if so... how late are you? You really can't expect a fairly reliable HPT result until you are at least 2 weeks late.

I never had a full period. I wasn't trying to get pregnant. I was drunk and had sex.

Sorry... as an adult.. you are responsible for your actions... drunk or not. Getting drunk was a choice you made. But that's immaterial.
When was your regular period actually due? So we can figure out how late you really are and if its time to test yet Women can spot or even have short bleeding periods at random points in the month... how often it happens varies greatly from woman to woman. And a number of things other than pregnancy can delay a period or even cause you to miss one. Stress of worrying about a pregnancy is only one of them.

OK... regular would have been on the 10th... its now the 30th. You are late enough to test. Get a HPT... take it first thing after you wake up in the morning. THe first time you pee, read the directions... and read it between the time frame indicated. You never do it at any other point of the day. If you forget one morning... wait until the next.
And get ready to talk with your parents... either way. Don't try and hide it from them. THey need to know immediately if you are... and if you aren't... you still need to stop drinking and get on some form of birth control.
Nothing can change your life more profoundly and permanently than a pregnancy at your age.....and forever kill most dreams you have about your future.
