My son is lock up,have been for a year. The mother of the children just sent the warrant to the jail. Remind you she the one had him lock up.Before this he took care the kids, every summer he will keep them for the summer. What can be done about that?

The mother doesn't hold or send any warrant... the courts issue them...the Law enforcement community carries them out.
Is he not paying court ordered child support payments?

I'm not completely understanding your post. So your son is in jail, has been for a year?
What warrant did the mother of the children send? She can't send a warrant, she's not a cop, she's not a judge. She can't send a warrant. She can file charges, and if the courts agree, they can issue a warrant, but they'd have to agree, they won't take her word for it. What was the warrant about?
He keeps them for the summer? So he has them 2 months of the year? Who takes care of them the other 10 months of the year? Does he pay child support? What is he in jail for?

I'm not following this either. Please remember that we have no knowledge of the background, so you need to explain exactly what is occurring. Also we need to know general locale as laws vary by area.
So I gather you are the father of a son, though you refer to children. How old is this son? Where is he locked up? You refer to a "he" that keeps them for the summer, who is that he? A warrant is issued by a court, what court issued that warrant and what was it for? Is there court ordered custody?

It appears based on some guesses, that he has not paid court ordered child support. So he was arrested by a warrant that was issued though the court.
Most likely he will serve the time the court ordered or payment arrangements will be made

Ahh now I begin to see. Your son is the father of the children. The mother of the children swore out a warrant against him because he was behind in his child support. And that's why he was jailed. Is that the case?
Then the answer is to make arrangements to pay the support he owes.
