How long does it take for a international transfer take to be deposited into a US bank account?

I hope this is from people you actually know... and didn't ask you to send money first.

If you had to pay them fees to deposit millions into your account, you're wasting your time as well as the money you sent as you will never see it.

Other than that, I would think it would be a week or so...have you called anyone about it?

Normally 4-5 business days depending on where is coming from... could be as long as 7 business days for others (according to someone with 17 years in banking, my wife). But I have a gut feeling the OP was the victim of a scam... thinking they could get something for nothing... they prey on the greed of people that blinds them from seeing that if something sounds too good to be true... it usually is.

It depends on what type of transfer it is. I can send money from China to my US bank account and the money is there, in one day. But not available for use for 4 days.
