My troy-bilt lawn mini tractor has a 30 inch 3 in 1 mulch blade. And I don't like it. I never liked mulch blades, too much lumps. My tractor is model 13cc26jd011. I called troy-bilt and went on one web site to try for an after market blade replacement and neither one can provide a straight cut blade. I think they call that a high lift 2 in 1 blade. Where can I get options to change this blade? My toro works great with a oem toro blade, I tried a mulch blade in that mower one time and lumps again. But in this case my troy-bilt has an oem blade and it sucks. Because it's a mulching blade. Help me save my new lawn tractor its depressing me.

Find a lawn mower repair shop near you, they can usually find options.

Hi,
I looked several places and times and find no aftermarket blades to replace this blade. The main reason is that it a 30" blade on a rear-engine rider and therefore has limited sales to people with small yards, usually. To complicate things further, it has the "star" shaped center hole. Most aftermarket blade manufacturers make blades for the 38", 42" and 46" decks with more demand. The newness does not help either. The Troy-Bilt #942-04385 is what I used and I looked at Oregon/Silver Streak, Rotary, Stens and Prime Line.
Peace,
Clarke
